• Experience with testing equipment and testing procedures, usage and/or design

Qualifications: BS in Operations Management with 2 years of experience

• Industrial multi-disciplinary experience managing multiple, complex projects and/or implementing continuous improvement, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodology with an active PMP certification with the ability to effectively manage and partner with subordinates, peers, suppliers and contractors.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations pertaining to the development and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals including cGMP, DEA, and FDA, and OSHA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies and implementation with an active six-sigma certification.
• Project management Professional (PMP) certification 
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to use lean best practices and lead by example for both the CI and business teams

Qualifications: BS in Supply Chain Management with 5 years of experience

• Experience with a variety of Lean tools, including Kaizen events, Lean Daily Management (Gemba walks, visual management, etc.), 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, A3 problem solving, SMED, TPM, etc.
• Experience in change leadership and driving cultural change through Continuous Improvement tools
• Experience in building and supporting a safety culture
• Experience with equipment-driven industrial processes preferred and statistical process control nice to have
• Lean Six Sigma Certification and/or related qualifications and training
