Job Summary: 

• Responsible for working with Capital and Operations teams to prioritize and address safety issues at assets.
• Participate in quarterly walks with Capital Department to assist in identifying potential areas of risk
• Conduct ad-hoc site visits to help identify solutions
• Review potential issues reported by Prime team members
• Track and manage via internal database risk-related repairs to be performed by Capital Department and/or Operations
• Prepare a preliminary scope for fixing the issue by utilizing Prime’s capital-related safety protocols
• Work with Capital Department to prepare project timelines for ultimate abatement of issue
• Coordinate with the VP of Risk Management regarding projects that require resident communications
• Assist the operational risk working group in developing policy to include as much operational perspective as possible as early as possible

• Lead all safety compliance initiatives by managing the functions, activities and efforts to reduce workplace injuries and accidents.
