• Mainly an educational position, with focus on training surgeons and hospital staff on the correct and effective use of OG products 
• Help ensure a successful surgical evaluation and outcome by the hospital.
• Serve as an educational resource to the sales team by providing training, on assigned topics and special projects related to the applications of OG products.
• In conjunction with sales reps, participate in key hospital staff meetings to present product value, competitive advantages and demonstrate effective set-up and use of products.
• Serve as an educational resource to support hospitals’ product evaluation approval processes, including serving as a resource for Value Analysis Committees.
• Coordinate equipment check-in and O.R. installation with hospital Biomed engineering.
• Prior to the start of the evaluation surgery, define with surgeons and the OR staff the expectations for product utilization during the evaluation.
• Conduct in-service instruction for surgeons, nurses, and other O.R. staff members on usage, techniques, and troubleshooting, following company-approved documents.
• Attend initial evaluation cases to support and give instruction to ensure surgeon and staff successful use of the product being evaluated or adopted after purchase.
• During the evaluation, record observations of surgeon and staff, including a video recording of procedure, subject to surgeon and hospital approval.

• Experiencing writing functional documents

• Experience with Therapeutic Implantable Devices or Interventional/Surgical Clinical experience
• Experience in the following specialties is strongly preferred: Nursing (RN/BSN/MSN), Physician Assistant (PA-C), CV Sonography (RDCS/RDS)
• Experience in Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS/CVT/RTR), Physician (MD).
• Interventional Echo-navigation Imaging expertise, particularly with 2D/3D TEE and CT-imaging for screening is valuable and strongly 
• Experience in Interventional Cardiology/Cardiac Cathlab 
• Experience in Cardiac Surgery
• Clinical engineering experience from industry-related positions that support clinical development and clinical case support may be considered.
