  • Manages business readiness preparations including process engineering sales, operations, and servicing preparations internal and external training and communications system configuration implementation (business setups) coordination of User Acceptance Testing (on waterfall projects), etc.
  • Develops business roll-out / go-to-market plans, including managing client pilots and client migrations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, Compliance, Credit, Product Training and Communications on the creation of and updates to legal agreements and other client-facing materials
  • Assists Product Managers, as needed, in assembling and authoring business cases and estimating project costs and benefits (ROI, etc.) on large, complex business initiatives
