1. Content Writer Roles and Responsibilities
- Write short- and long-form copy that can be used in a variety of consumer touchpoints including: email, social posts, article/blog pages, paid ads, etc.
- Simplify complex and technical client business/product information in a readable, engaging way.
- Write brand and tone appropiate content across multiple clients and channels.
- Work with Media teams to ensure content is optimized for targeted keywords based on SEO best practices.
- Work with Strategy teams to develop storytelling concepts that meet the needs/wants of users engaging with certain channels.
- Varied digital writing experience across Email, UX, Advertising and Social.
- Understanding of SEO optimization and keyword integration.
- Understanding of how to write engaging and brand-appropriate content.
- Experience developing messaging frameworks from scratch.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle communications, in particular how to develop engaging email communications.
2. Content Writer Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting or content role
- Quality assurance for grammar.
