1. Chief Operating Officer Duties and Roles

  • Spearhead the vision for business strategies, in conjunction with the business’ overall company objectives
  • Lead performance management including OKR process, executive reviews, and cross-company accountability
  • Financial and strategic planning, business operations and accounting
  • Partner with commercial and development team leaders to expand and improve a best-in-class live operations team, tools and set of processes to support a top-tier, global game ecosystem
