2. Lead Follow-Up, Campus Tours & IT Program Registration

  • Lead Engagement: Contact all leads as distributed by the Director of Admissions via phone, internet, and text messages, or any other pertinent communications means.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on all non-responsive leads several times.
  • Appointment Coordination: Set appointments with interested potential students and send reminders about these appointments.
  • Campus Tour Facilitation: Meet with appointments to conduct campus tours and informational meetings.
