Job Summary: 

• Maintain accurate patient trial documentation and data.
• Work according to the standards of the relevant Professional bodies.

• Assist Physicians with managing insulin dose adjustments for patients with all types of diabetes
• Assist with managing a phone triage line for patients with diabetes-related questions.

Job Summary: 

• Develops and facilitates an onboarding/orientation program for new and rehired clinical staff.
• Orientation programs to include clinical orientation following Hill Crest policies/procedures as well as state and federal requirements and other job-specific/roles-based training
• Performs classroom orientation of all nurses for all related paperwork with special emphasis on admissions, assessments, and discharges.
• Coordinates and actively participates in unit-based Nursing orientation including milieu management, medications, etc.

• Monitors annual in-service requirements.
