- Experience with Network Support/ Desktop Support/IT Support/End-User Support
- Network troubleshooting and IT end-user support experience
- Ability to provide VOiP/VTC support, hardware and software troubleshooting and break/fix, account provisioning/password resets, server troubleshooting, peripheral troubleshooting, installation of new IT equipment, supporting deployment of new technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and to drive initiatives from start to finish
