Job Summary: 

• Follow the directions and instructions laid down in the Carers handbook and or the direction of the service manager
• Act at times as a representative of the company and to support its good reputation
• Attend all calls at the designated times as laid down in the assignments and fulfil the care by the Care Plan
• Inform the immediate supervisor when unable to attend calls on time or fulfil the requirements of the Care Plan
• Respect the service user’s confidentiality by the policy as laid down
• Pay attention to the rules regarding financial transactions for service users
• Undertake any duties that have been trained for and avoid placing or a service user’s health at risk
• Undertake company induction training and ongoing training to CQF Level 2/3 or its equivalent
