Job Summary: 

• Provide the highest quality services in the budget, accounting, and procurement to the faculty, staff, and students at the university, with emphasis on efficient systems, streamlined processes, and clear policies
• Develop and enhance effective business practices in the University through the introduction of up-to-date financial and business information systems to provide electronic, paperless services
• Provide ongoing financial analysis using appropriate algorithms to track and predict budget execution and to optimize budget planning, control, and reporting
• Prepare and negotiate annual budget requests with governmental funding agencies
• Manage the use of internal government subsidy funds according to government accounting rules
• Support the University plan for developing external funding and managing external funds and investments
• Implement international standards and practices to encourage the growth of a broad range of external funding for the University

Job Summary: 

• Lead and own the end-to-end modeling and budgeting for different aspects of the Connected Commerce business
• Develop, enhance and maintain existing and new valuation models and methodologies
• Interaction with key stakeholders across Finance, Connected Commerce Leadership team and key functional groups to understand and deliver business needs while managing numerous concurrent initiatives
