Job Summary: 

• Provide first and second line support for GP (ERP) & NetSuite, Proactis (Purchase to Pay), Proactis Capture (Electronic document management), and PBI (reporting platform)
• Maintenance of the various workflows enabled within the various applications

• Provide technical and operational support to the finance team, assisting them with the financial management system, HR and payroll system, fees billing system and payment facilities.
• Integrate the clients various finance software packages and implement agreed finance software system changes.
