• Oversee the application of the equipment management process concerning ISO 13485 and FDA CFR21
• Manage efficient response and repair to machine breakdowns.
• Manage and implement external service support contracts relating to both production equipment and facilities
• Plan and coordinate any required scheduled periods of shutdown for maintenance activities

• Assign individual annual appraisals, and monitor and review equipment engineers' performance regularly.
