Job Summary:

• Assist with accident and incident investigations
• Ensure PPE is appropriate, available and in good working condition for employee use
• Purchase all safety supplies and equipment needed in the facility.
• Implement safety-related capital projects, including the evaluation, justification, ACT preparation and follow-up.
• Work with Corporate EHS and medical providers to evaluate lost and restricted workdays, etc. and recommend improvements.
• Work with Corporate EHS (workers comp) to evaluate worker's compensation claims.
• Assist with establishing reserves and claim closure strategies.
• Coordinate and present monthly safety meeting topics for upper management, supervision, hourly associates, etc.
• Understand and communicate pertinent EHS government regulations, Kohler EHS standards and best practices to management and associates.
• Lead and/or facilitate EHS Awareness Programs, EHS events and Ergonomic Teams.

Job Summary:

• Monitor to ensure that the factory conformance is achieved and maintained in line with health and safety legal requirements
• Monitor factory performance indicators EHS KPI's. 
• Analyze data and address action programs to further improve the performance effects
• Plan resources (budget) needed for the department's successful performance within the scope of protection and prevention. 
• Control budget execution, budget reporting, monitoring, planning, calculation and update
• Plan and supervise employees and contractors by conducting site patrol, inspection, hazardous communication and job-site monitoring matters
• Plan and supervise the process and assess the risk of safety and health at the work site and report/propose any improvement. i.e. Safety risk assessment, ergonomic assessment and chemical management
• Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe
• Ensure compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well as cooperation on the continuous improvement process

Job Summary:

• Support EHS function to maintain EHS management system program to ensure colleagues' safety, safety of assets and the environment is taken place appropriately.
• Provide support to departments for establishing and managing EHS management program at the shop floor level.
• Participate preparation of facility objectives aligned with corporate goals. 
• Facilitate operations in managing safe operations and support for introducing a new change or modification.
• Develop EHS procedures and participate in risk assessment process and guide to the team and operations in conducting risk assessment and suggesting suitable controls.
