• Documents and recommends disciplinary action for employees behaving in a unsafe manner which adversely affects ITT Corporation’s ESH policy and guidelines
• Compliance evaluation for all legal documentation like CTE, CC&A, and Hazardous Waste Authorization.
• Actively facilitate the identification and establishment of H&S performance measures and KPIs inclusive of leading indicators
• Ensure the accurate collection and reporting of H&S performance data across all relevant systems and processes including maintaining data integrity
• Review and implement improvements to the HSE Management System to ensure continued alignment with leading practice and legislative requirements
• Ensure the application of sound change management as it relates to all relevant H&S process and system improvements
• Coordinate adherence to the HSE budget, ensuring all POs, invoices and service requisitions and related processes are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage the Alcohol and Other Drugs testing process for IMC, including contractor management of the vendor.
• Participate in site risk assessments, advising risk assessment teams on the assessment process, quantification of risks, prioritizing risks for action and effective risk control mitigation

Job Summary:

• Manage drug and alcohol testing services in line with business requirements
• Manage elements of the HSE audit schedule

• Raise and implement the company's Risk Prevention Plan, from the legal and corporate point of view
