Qualifications: BS in Chemical Engineering with 7 years of Experience 

• Experience in designing and reviewing similar open-cut and micro tunneling sewerage, surface and groundwater networks under Design and Build projects undertaken within the city and its Environmental impact.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing/handling environmental compliance, including reporting and record-keeping, environmental permitting for all media, manufacturing operations, and regulatory reviews.
• Experience in evaluating/interpreting OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience with engineering design, chemical fate and transport, hydraulic modeling, and/or GIS mapping
• Understanding and application of WAC NR700 series rules, regulations, and guidance
