Job Summary:

• Collects, analyzes, and reports on firm-wide utilities, environmental, and operational data (e.g., metrics, key performance indicators, etc.) pertinent to supported departments, measures performance against established targets and internal/external benchmarks.

• Acts as lead administrator for the firm’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager account, maintains accurate system information and obtains ENERGY STAR certification for eligible facilities.
• Supports Facilities and Corporate Real Estate project performance tracking and verifies expected savings.

• Interface with the vendor to deliver any product enhancements or bug fixes to the platform
