• Create and maintain product specification documents for each product in their assigned categories
• Responsible for the creation, monitoring, revising, and communication of the Testing Criteria
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Branding teams to ensure testing criteria and test plans align with brand and consumer expectations.
• Determine the acceptability of product quality through product evaluations, consumer usage testing, and competitive benchmarking
