• Own the service relationship with the current WPP first-generation Outsource Partner (IBM) for Hosting and Connectivity and ensure contracted service levels are achieved and maintained
• Develop the plan to establish a multi-sourced partner ecosystem for Hosting and Connectivity as we modernize the estate at pace
• Develop and lead WPP’s Cloud Hub - establish the landing zones, managed service & internal operations teams, orchestration, cloud FinOps, migration patterns, guardrails, and consultancy & support services
