  • Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy to expand the company's market reach, including increasing visibility and building long-term relationships within the analyst and investor communities
  • Develop comprehensive peer analyses, including quarterly benchmarking across financial and other industry performance metrics, and institute a regular framework for reporting related trends and information to management and the board of directors
  • Monitor stock activity and market trends, provide analysis on key issues that influence financial positioning within investment and analyst communities
  • Work with the senior management team to proactively develop strategies and messaging to communicate corporate responsibility, ESG and similar investor initiatives
  • Oversee, manage and track all investor and analyst communications
  • Organize investor conferences, roadshows, earnings conference calls and periodic analyst/investor events
  • Assist with preparations for the company's annual meeting of stockholders, including responsibility for virtual annual meeting logistics
  • Assist with content creation and recording of periodic investor webinars to facilitate education around key business strategies and special topics
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and the company's outside public relations firm to handle all aspects of media relations
  • Manage and create content for the company's website
  • Determine company representative, and prioritize one-on-one meeting requests at conferences. 
  • Prepare Board-level quarterly reports on the performance and important developments within the stockholder base. 
  • Provide Senior Executives with intelligence on individual funds and analysts, in order to prepare for investor meetings and conferences. 
  • Gather data and interpret trends related to the Company’s peer groups, providing actionable conclusions to management on these trends. 
  • Provide a daily summary of morning research on the Company and peers.
