- Build and distribute the trade plan for all Digital Channels, reflecting international web growth and product lifecycle into plans
- Manage trading calendar to ensure categories and products are supported by optimal campaigns and promotions
- Attend and lead weekly Web trade meetings, agree actions from trade information
- Responsible for the sales and stock performance including forecasting, and reforecasting, by channel, looking at option counts, stock cover, margin, sell through, product conversion, category conversion
- Ensure trading calendar is supported by the right stock and product mix, optimised across all channels
- Report on sales plan, stock and product performance
- Communicate effectively with Merchandising and Supply Chain to feed timely option requirements and volumes into the range planning and replenishment processes in order to fulfil the sales plan.
- Agree content and feedback into product planning, range building and range plan quantities
- In conjunction with the Online Merchandiser, forecast the assortment, allocations and availability of products by channel for both Revolutionbeauty.com and Digital partners: Zero stocks, Stock levels, Add ins, Phase launches and style sheets, Sale lists, Promotion lists, release dates etc
- Ensure line and option availability is at a level to deliver sales required and customer expectation and promise is maintained
- Drive and implement changes to online merchandising strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy and e-commerce objectives and initiative
- Help to deliver marketing support with content and social teams to create a strong launch plan or support plan
- Managing budgets with monthly and quarterly sales objectives
