Job Summary:

• Maintain expertise in all IMI Products as well as legacy SMS / RCS platforms.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure solution scalability and reliability
• Provides Best Practices on the implementation of IMI Products
• Participates in Project Kickoff, and ongoing Project meetings with client(s)
• Works closely with the client and internal stakeholders, keeping them continuously apprised of ongoing implementation status and identifies potential risks
• Identify solutions to complement product set, new products, services, packaging of multiple products to differentiate in market offerings etc.
• Support RFP / RFI process for prospects and clients
• Ability to successfully implement multiple projects concurrently
• Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan.
