Job Summary: 

• Reporting to Regional CFO, dotted line to Regional CEO and joint reporting together with CFOs regional team
• Prepare and execute monthly management reporting to regional CEO and CFO
• Provide support to Regional DACH EE and NCE CFOs with respect to regional reporting requirements

Job Summary: 

• Reporting, ensuring the integrity of the reported results (P&L and balance sheet) on a timely basis, review and challenge reported actuals.
• Liaising with the local Finance teams, EMEA, FP&A and Corporate teams to fulfill any ad hoc information requests.
• Reviewing Country and Client P&L and balance sheet results and challenge.
• Active management of Controllership, Pension schemes accounts, balance sheet.

Job Summary: 

• Implementation of any finance related issues raised in internal and external audit reports
• Daily and monthly Profit & Loss preparation and analysis and reporting of products
• Inspecting any variances between reported figures and various systems
• Preparation and reporting of market share, peer group analysis & product volume reports
• Substantiation of all financial figures of the bank reported on monthly basis
• Preparation of Local Regulatory Reporting BRSA, CMB and CBoT daily, weekly and monthly regulatory reports
• Undertake key activities such as Bonus calculations, revenue recognition compliance, bad debt reserve analysis and transition accounting.
• Prepare the financial plan for Controllership costs including audit, staff, contractors and outsource activities e.g., tax.
• Ensure Business Group is fully compliant with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley where applicable.
• Ensure the accounting undertaken is in line with GAAP requirements with understood bridging back to Local GAAP.
• Co-ordinating with the tax team ensuring that the financial data is provided on a timely basis to the tax authorities, including ensuring that the relevant legal entities are tax-compliant
