Job Summary:

• Building systems and infrastructure to help Education Community Managers hit goals
• Run weekly 1:1s and team meetings with a global team
• Coordinate projects by keeping the team accountable on deadlines, setting and breaking down seasonal goals into milestones
• Creating tracking systems to ensure projects are completed on track, and lessons and results are documented.
• Communicate updates and progress to internal stakeholders and build relationships across the company.
• Manage contracts and invoices for Education Community Managers including their onboarding and systems access
• Recruit and interview new candidates

• Oversees the execution of response, recovery, and resilience activities in designated high-density communities
• Helps to establish response, recovery, and resilience planning objectives for designated Tier 1 and Tier 2 communities
