• Develops PMP Checklists which are used by dealers and customers to perform maintenance on  products.
• Gathers information from the Operation & Maintenance Manuals and through direct contact with Technical Information Division and Product Group personnel.

• Develops S-O-S Machine & Engine Profiles which are used by dealer S-O-S Oil
• Analysis personnel to interpret the results of S-O-S oil and coolant samples to assure accurate analysis.
• Uses information from Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Specials and direct contact with Products Group personnel.
• Provides an accurate profile for each newly released machine and engine model as soon as possible after first production.
