Job Summary:

• Analyze and implement improvements to the current Asset lifecycle, from Cradle to Grave of all hardware and software assets.
• Review the current integrity and security of the data within ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB records.
• Review the current record, classification, configuration and management of CI’s within ServiceNow CMDB
• Assist in the implementation of any improvements to the data model which will ensure the integrity and structure of the data can be maintained.
• Develop configuration management plan and governance model, including the adoption of a Configuration Control Board.
• Implement improvements to the current software license management and usage process, protecting ACG, which may include the purchase of additional tools.
