Job Summary:

• Perform monthly performance analysis for all assets under management
• Ensuring that databases are up to date, running Python scripts, administering Excel spreadsheets, updating client portals and related reporting systems
• Stakeholder management across site managers and asset managers to maintain performance levels
• Prepare technical specifications for the integration of new renewable assets
• Work with the Systems Engineer, Site Managers and Asset Managers to develop and maintain contractual event management systems
• Project manage the design, procurement and commissioning
• Work with the Systems Engineer  to develop and administer new reporting systems and project KPIs
• Understand and administer the calculation of liquidated damages and performance bonuses for OandM contractors
• Contribute to the marketing and sales effort to secure new clients

Job Summary:

• Provide expert advice and assistance for various asset management functions
• Planning lifecycle, whole life costing, valuation and data management to ensure the authority has a strong approach to asset management
• Interrogate asset data to facilitate the development of asset management strategies.
• Develop, review, and refine prediction models for maintenance programs in liaison with the wider team

Job Summary:

• Work with other Asset Integrity team members, Operations, Production, Engineering and Management to deliver effective management programs that address all Asset Integrity threats
• Interface with existing Operations to ensure that current operational experience and lessons learned are leveraged into new designs
• Apply risk assessment methodologies to ensure assets remain at a tolerable level with respect to safety, environmental impact, compliance, reliability and economic loss
• Identify and mitigate integrity threats by technically supporting field integrity staff via root cause analysis, fitness-for-service evaluations, risk based inspections, material selection and other risk management processes
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all existing and potential degradation mechanisms and hazards and ensure they are effectively and appropriately communicated to other Asset Integrity team members, Operations, Production, Engineering, and Management
• Analyze inspection results, failure investigation findings, risk assessment results, and process conditions to ensure that key degradation mechanisms are understood and that appropriate mitigation and monitoring techniques are in place
• Act as the key technical contact for support requests related to corrosion and materials engineering
• Review requests for technical deviations, engaging the support of other Integrity and Engineering staff
• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as ABSA, AER and BCOGC to manage integrity related issues that arise during design, construction, commissioning and operations
