The selected individual will leverage their advanced research and data management skills to enhance our data resources with utmost accuracy. 1. Operations Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers of the product, both internal and external, to respond to queries and objections, and communicate updates relating to the delivery of new features and BAU
- Providing estimates of work effort and timeframes for tasks.
- Peer reviewing estimates developed by team members
- Taking active steps to continuously improve own performance and drive own career development, requesting assistance as required
- Taking active steps to drive improvement in the knowledge, capability level and quality of work of Operations Analysts in their own team
- Work with the recruitment team to support recruitment activity to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Directly manage all direct reports, driving their performance and development and supporting their career progression through the setting of objectives and KPIs
- Delivering feedback sessions and annual performance reviews
- Online research to improve brand and location assets
- Operation of automated web scraping tools, including data preparation
- Online research for the preparation of accurate samples
- Continuous process improvement to automate manual work
- Executing production pipelines
- Produce static business operational reports (no data insight analysis)
- Quality assurance of reports
- Continuous improvement of the report production process
- Validate data sets from a data quality perspective
2. Operations Analyst Skills, Abilities and Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s or higher degree in Operations Research, Operations Management, or any equivalent program
- Data Queries, report writing and presenting findings using relevant tools
- High attention to detail and drive for continuous improvement
- Good appreciation of the quality of data and the importance of data validation
- Experience in executive support and event planning required
- Employee engagement experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Video editing experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
