1. Field Technician Duties
- Technical Service Coordination: Work closely with local Technical Service & Delivery
- Field Trial Monitoring: Monitor field/pilot trial activities

2. Field Technician Details
- Installation Management: Responsible for the installation of phone, internet, television, and security services at various client sites

- AV System Support: Providing AV support for audio/visual systems, conference rooms facilities, and collaboration tools
- AV System Testing: Starting AV systems and performing testing prior to scheduled conferences
- On-site Activity Management: Performing on all on-site activities related to installations, repairs, management, and maintenance

3. Field Technician Responsibilities
- Communications System Support: Repair and provide technical support and documentation for VHF, UHF, 700, 800 & 900 MHz analog and digital systems, mobile and portable subscriber equipment, simulcast, conventional, trunking, paging, and telemetry systems.
- DAS Equipment Deployment: Deploy, commission, and troubleshoot neutral host DAS equipment (SOLiD, Commscope, Corning) in private and public venues.
- Cable Installation and Testing: Pull, terminate, and test coax and fiber.
- Antenna Installation: Install DAS antennas and passives (splitters, couplers).
- Advanced Equipment Testing: Conduct testing using spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter, DTF, and OTDR equipment.
- Project Collaboration: Work with project manager to complete system changes and upgrades when needed.
- Measurement Collection: Collect sweep, fiber, and PIM measurements and data.
- Acceptance Testing: Conduct acceptance testing according to client coverage goals and proper integration into the cellular macro network.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain DAS equipment according to industry performance standards.
- Planning Assistance: Plan preparation, including assisting with submittal requirements.
- Environmental Sampling: Collection of samples from a variety of media (soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, air, etc.).
