- Creative Leadership: Lead a show’s creative vision as the key contributor from beginning to end.

- Brand Quality Assurance: Work with the Director of Brand & Content Strategy to ensure high-quality production of authentic & factual content in the brand voice.
5. Creative Producer Accountabilities
- Archival Management: Manage existing archival assets and maintain the organization of newly created content.
- Database Management: Manage the internal database of Rock Hall, which is owned and produces video assets and transcripts.
- Digital Asset Management: Work with Library & Archives on digital asset management of archival material.
- Content Preservation: Ensure that all completed content and new raw footage is sent to the Library & Archives with proper documentation for preservation.
- Quality and Rights Monitoring: Monitor and document content quality, usage, and rights.
- Metadata Management: Manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of metadata and taxonomy structure.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain key production tracking documentation and spreadsheets, ensuring all information is timely.
- Meeting Coordination: Verify and publish meeting agendas and goals, record meeting notes, and identify action items for responsible individuals.
- Schedule Management: Maintain team and project schedules, coordinating key personnel from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
