1. Computer Technician Duties

  • Artwork Preparation: Check files and send print artworks, books, etc.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate and understand customers' needs and process printing.
  • Project Management: Manage and ensure printing can be delivered on time.
  • Mockup Creation: Able to do mock-up and finishing jobs as well.
  • Task Handling: Handle tasks/projects given by retail customers and superiors.
  • Machine Operation: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain printing machines.
  • Knowledge Improvement: Constantly improve on printing knowledge (color/material/technology).

4. Computer Technician Accountabilities

  • Network Assistance: Assist Network Administrator with troubleshooting of networks.
