Job Summary: 

• Take immediate ownership of the overall architecture of Vestas' Product DevOps platform
• Engage across the value chain to evangelize, elicit, and structure business and commercially driven DevOps requirements
• Define an innovative overall vision and enabling a roadmap for Vestas' DevOps journey
• Coach product and software architects in the application design required to realize targeted deployment patterns
• Encourage identification, selection, and injection of relevant technology and methodologies from 'born digitals' and other industries (aerospace, automotive, telecom, etc.)
• Represent the priorities of Vestas Release Management in cross-functional architecture and design forums within ACE and across the company
• Assist with architectural decisions for customer-facing product development.

• Engage and influence DevOps best practices within the operations team as well as development, test, and product groups to align technology services/solution delivery.
• Design and implement long-running CI/CD/CT pipelines.

Job Summary: 

• Own, define, design, implement and operate Cloud-based Architectures
• Work with external parties, suppliers and internal members of the Engineering team and other business units 
• Research, define, implement and document cloud systems architectures for major new initiatives, primarily though not exclusively in the Commercial domain.
• Configure and place in operation a defined cloud architecture through the use of the provisioning and configuration tools used by the most popular public cloud platforms 
• Provide and configure private cloud environments, to implement a specific architecture of virtualized components
• Use state-of-the-art provisioning tools and configuration management systems, potentially starting from bare metal infrastructure to the deployment of end-user applications, either in virtualized servers or containers. Provide toolsets and Configuration Management Systems that are expected to be used - Components of the Open-stack suite, Terraform, Ansible, Packet, etc.).
