• Oversee and ensure cross-platform (Windows, MAC) client deployment and configuration compliance
• Provide technical infrastructure support with vulnerability and patching remediation cycles on both Windows and Mac as well as application patching
• Oversee and ensure regular reporting on internal assets, state and build out a CMDB database in ServiceNow to support the ITIL process lifecycle
