Job Summary: 

  • Secure listing success of the responsible product in all relevant key hospitals.
  • Support in preparation of DC (drug committee) documents for appropriate listing. 
  • Regularly update of listing process.
  • Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk's business ethics policy and the local Korean Code of Promotion Regulations.
  • Participate and organise product-related Symposia, Seminars, Road Shows, Small Group seminars, CMEs, etc.
  • Provide feedback on the field execution of the brand strategy and discuss relevant recommendations to strengthen business and promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Follow the procedures like daily call reporting, monthly reporting, market intelligence, adhering to the tour programs, employees' handbook, and updating account plans, Hospital formats, and sending all the necessary approval formats in time.
  • Ensure updating of ETMS with all of the above relevant reports.
  • Take ownership of self-development.
  • Ensure that all customer or product-related complaints are treated within the stipulated time and in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure effective and efficient territory and time management.
  • Prepare and comply with job description, Job scope, training plan and log, performance system, IDP, etc.
