  • Working experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Global IT roles
  • Knowledge of employment laws applicable to the recruiting process
  • Previous experience sourcing, pipelining or headhunting
  • IT recruitment experience, ideally in a technology-driven business
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity in using alternative methods of sourcing/recruitment (e.g., headhunting, social media, Boolean search technique)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to set and meet strict deadlines
