• Collaborate with a team of business analysts, developers, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver results on time, as well as communicate effectively with their project manager and team
• Execute manual test cases and define and conduct regression tests for projects
• Provide support to IT Management and Business Project Sponsors or Key Stakeholders in fulfilling the vision and direction of technical and business process improvement projects that relate to new software development and existing software systems
• Create and document a QA test process for building test cases, executing test cases, creating bugs in Jira, and regression tests for all applications
• Create and maintain detailed, effective test plans, test cases and test procedures
