• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Kaizen in planning environments.
• Awareness of cost optimization strategies, including lead time reduction and inventory right-sizing.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel.

• Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: BA in Accounting with 6 years of Experience

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that align sales forecasts, inventory, and supply chain objectives.
• Proven record in developing performance dashboards or KPI reports that drive strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement projects that enhanced reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• In-depth understanding of financial metrics such as gross margin, ROI, and cost-to-serve in a supply chain context.
• Understanding of strategic planning frameworks linking operational KPIs to business objectives.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Proficient with Excel and Report writers, as well as creating reports from multiple data sources.
