• Use current Hyperion tools to design, develop, and maintain Essbase cubes, relational tables, data maps, and system reports that drive monthly financial reporting and analytics.
• Maintain user security through Shared Services, configure the system through EPMA and EAS
• Process data daily using ODI
• Produce system reports with FR and SmartView
• Analyze complex business problems and develop system solutions by building and enhancing current financial information system processes
• Provide support and training to Finance team members supporting business managers
• Maintain effective relationships with business, finance, and operations managers
• Identify and correct system issues and communicate system, product and organizational changes impacting financial reporting
• Serve as initial contact to resolve Hyperion system issues
• Manage the process to escalate resolution with Oracle support
• Document process and system requirements
