• Lead key programs and initiatives to remove overprocessing, non-value-add activities, speed up process SLA and drive frictionless performance
• Interface with regional Order-To-Cash leaders to understand key pain points and map upstream process improvement opportunities
• Actively participate in steering committees of key strategic programs
• Drive solid key processes and frictionless metrics improvements
• Support the definition, deployment and maintenance of a sustainable and lean global Quality Control Strategy and manage QMS records by ISO and PMI requirements
• Act as a single point of contact in the global Quality organization for the assigned global projects

Job Summary: 

• Lead/Support department activities within the Quality function (i.e., Projects, Data Control, Training, Corrective and Preventive Action, Change Control, Deviation, Electronic System Development/Validation, Management Review, Risk Management)
• Continue to develop and enhance current regulatory knowledge at both the local and regional levels
• Lead the support of currently marketed products
• Review of engineering changes, labeling, product changes and documentation of changes requiring government approval
