1. BS in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of Experience
- Experience working as a Quality or Process Engineer within an Aerospace environment or other highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical or food – FDA, automotive – IATF 16949)
- Working knowledge of AS-9100 Rev D/ISO-9000:2015 Aerospace Quality Management systems or a similarly highly regulated industry

- Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) or DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) procedures and techniques

- Experience with compliance assessments, gap assessments and risk management assessments
- Must have a certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with program change management practices, lean or six sigma, program and system integration efforts
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be an effective team player intra-departmentally and cross-functionally

- Industry experience within Quality and/or Regulatory, and managing high-performing teams

- Experience and knowledge in working with the Team Center application
- Previous working in a manufacturing environment with blue-collar workers and thrived in an international environment with different cultures and coworkers
- Able to be a strong communicator who can keep a good overview and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while keeping all relevant stakeholders involved and informed
