Job Summary: 

• Prepare the Global Client Reporting pack, including the consolidation of Regional variance commentary.
• Review variances and trends for reasonableness and confirm all areas of concern have been addressed
• Take responsibility for investigating unexplained variances.
• Enhance the Global Client Reporting Pack to incorporate current concerns/issues/items to be tracked.
• Manage monthly process, both Excel and Tableau-based based including system reconciliations and supporting Regions with queries.
• Involvement in the Global Service Delivery budget and forecast, and the JLL and Client Gainshare process.
• Maintain financial templates to review and bridge the consolidation of regional budgets/forecasts.
• Support JLL's contribution to the Client’s Annual Budgeting Process.
• Support financial benchmarking, working with the account team and the Global Benchmark Services team.
• Contribute to the Global Change Control Process, including support and maintenance of the process and supporting IT software.
• Develop financial modelling and analysis supporting the senior leadership team.
• Complete any other ad hoc projects and analysis required on the account.

• Make critical links between financial data and system outputs, i.e., analysis of revenue drivers down to a bike level
• Synthesise insights from multiple data sources to enable the finance team to make better decisions for business/stakeholders, and investors
