• Partner with Customer Experience to ensure all shipping-related issues are resolved and manage any return destruction
• Develop and execute operations strategy to serve a variety of business models, customers, and markets

• Co-manage relationship with current 3PL, from oversight of day-to-day execution, including project management of compliance and/or other regulatory needs.

Job Summary: 

• Allocate available inventory to customers based on promotions/customer needs
• Where available, utilize customer tools to make order management decisions in the customer’s best interest.
• Publish clear direction on order changes to the customer service team for execution
• Liaise with Production Planning, DRP Planning, Sales, and Marketing

Job Summary: 

• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure orders are collected, communicated, and fulfilled on time
• Work with Sales and Demand Planning to determine the prioritization of order fulfillment when necessary
• Proactively manage customer expectations and problem-solve any retailer fulfillment issues in close partnership with Sales and Supply Chain/Manufacturing
• Support team in tracking inventory levels and mitigate out-of-stock risk
• Manage shipping schedules and all communication with retailer and taqueria logistics teams
• Manage demand through short supply, promotions, new item launches, and price/pack changes
• Reviews order shortages and provides daily internal reports, communicating exceptions on order fulfillment to customers at a PO level.
• Oversee customer payments, apply appropriate discounts, issue refunds or credits, and facilitate exchanges for all types of customer accounts, including corporate accounts with distributors, retail chains, DTC, etc.
• Provide transactional support to ensure that order shortages are reported, gather data on shortage trends, and analyze for process improvement.
• Analyzes order reporting to identify opportunities and partners with the Analytics Team, Customer Service, and Sales
• Develop strong relationships with customers (distributors), 3PL teams, and manufacturing partners.
• Focus on vendor customer-specific reporting requests such as shortage histories, potential shortages, fill rates, and in stock levels.
