• Respond to prioritized word orders from ServiceNow, following company protocol.
• Continuously evaluate all the self-assigned work orders to determine the most efficient and cost-effective manner to resolve outstanding service requests.

• Repairs that are estimated to exceed $300.00 must have prior approval from the Regional Facilities Manager.
