• Manages the development of work scope, schedule, and budget definition for proposals

Qualifications: BA in Environmental Health with 1 year of Experience

• Professional Engineer license, Professional Geologist license, or Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP)
• Experience in site characterization and remediation in a consulting environment and/or identification of hazardous materials
• Evaluation of subsurface material, ability to estimate potential contamination migration pathways and exposure routes
• Hands-on experience in sample collection methods, analyses, and identification of contaminants.
• Knowledge of NJDEP, NYSDEC, and EPA regulations, and applicable codes.
• Knowledge of US EPA, NJ, NY Asbestos, LBP, PCB, Universal Waste regulations and applicable codes and understanding of certification requirements to perform different hazmat activities.

• Experience in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, engineering, or related field
• Professional experience with various media (e.g., soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and sediment) investigations, data assessments and evaluations, remediation technologies, groundwater supply wells, agency correspondence
• Professional experience in fieldwork methodology and procedures used in the environmental industry 
• 40-hr HAZWOPER certification or the ability to attain this certification

• Some project financial experience and proposal preparation/contribution experience

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
