• Responsible for the production and turn maintenance of all units in the finishing and shipping division
• Manage all maintenance activities or operations on an assigned shift or multiple shifts within a single operations department or unit
• Requires a high level of technical proficiency to supervise maintenance activities and assist operators with troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Performs a variety of tasks independently that contributes to the effective communication and instructions of the methods, practices, and programs of the company
• Responsible for personnel matters including training, development, discipline, safety programs and policies for direct report
• Accountable for all the daily operational activities and the management of all operatives and sub-contractors present on each shift

Job Summary: 

• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of maintenance staff, conduct employee performance reviews and recommend development plans
• Maintain a work schedule for staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all electrical activities and ensuring adequate numbers of qualified staff to accomplish objectives/KPI’s
