Job Summary: 

• Conduct reviews of new mutual fund families for possible use at Financial Group
• Conduct reviews of specific mutual funds for possible inclusion on the company’s approved list of mutual funds for use in advisory accounts
• Manage ongoing review process of the advisory approved mutual fund list
• Develop a process to review new ETF offerings with a specific focus on actively managed ETFs
• Manage ongoing review of newly launched active ETFs
• Communicate results of due diligence reviews with advisors
• Organize and maintain due diligence filing systems, file correspondence, and other due diligence-related records
• Work on multiple financial due diligence projects and will have the opportunity to work closely with the investment teams.
• Develop financial analysis skills and gain a deep understanding of the key aspects of a transaction.
• Work closely with the investment and commercial teams to identify relevant KPIs and data points to enhance the transaction process and enable better investment decisions.

Job Summary: 

• Undertake insurance due diligence advisory for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients in support of their M&A processes
• Review the target’s exposure and insurance-related information provided in the data room, and interview with management, collection
• Track requested information, gleaning and collation of technical insurance commentary, and production of diligence reports.

Job Summary: 

• Gather and review prospective and current underlying manager information (i.e. PPMs, audited financial statements, due diligence questionnaires, etc.)
• Review background checks of key personnel of prospective and current underlying managers
• Participate in onsite due diligence meetings with prospective and current underlying managers and their respective administrators and document the findings in the proprietary due diligence system.
• Document and communicate the assessment of the underlying manager’s operations and back office environment with the investment team and operations team
• Participate in the ongoing review and revision of manager operational due diligence documents (e.g. back office review, administrator review, financial statements, administrator transparency reports, etc.)
• Beta testing of new technology applications and make recommendations regarding future improvements.
• Work with marketing and investor relations and other groups within the firm to provide information for external communications
• Provide digital solutions by developing state-of-the-art methods to support the automatization of the financial due diligence process.
• Take responsibility early on in career for project progress and technical leadership of team members
• Undertake miscellaneous ad-hoc Operations and ODD projects.
