• Manage workload by resolving critical activities/queries within 24 hours or as per agreed timelines with clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of all tasks as per payroll/HR admin calendars and daily breakdown of deliverables.
• Prioritize tasks effectively using ticket management and capacity management principles.
• Achieve zero backlog by efficiently managing the queue and calendar.

• Implement controls to capture "fatal" errors when there are no QCs.
• Reduce escalation and rework percentages through daily SLA reports and DISC analysis.

Job Summary:

• Delivery SupervisorOpen facility on a daily basis and ensure all routes depart in a timely fashion
• Act as backup for extra routes if needed for drivers to ensure all deliveries are completed daily
• Train and audit delivery drivers of the team
• Partner with Delivery Manager to ensure all routes are mapped out efficiently
