• Frame/finish both wood and composite decks according to both custom and standard designs with the ability to read and interpret permit plans and drawings
• Lead a team of 1-3 carpenters/labourers that will assist with doing the deck installation
• Liaise with project manager to ensure organized and accurate work is delivered to the customers specifications within budget and on time
• Follow industry safety practices
• Managing the equipment/vehicle fleet by arranging repairs and regular maintenance
• Maintain clean jobs sites
• Using knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and tools & equipment to complete deck builds in an efficient and safe manner
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on time is an asset
