Job Summary: 

• Responsibility for product specification, planning, execution, monitoring, budget and handover and perform this to a high specification. 
• Identify and mitigate project exposure and risk. 
• Responsible for a multitude of projects at any given time and being the point of contact for clients. 
• Running workshops with clients while balancing client expectations, budget and timescales, deliver motivational product training to staff ensuring compliance with standards.

• Work directly with clients, taking responsibility for overseeing the delivery of a wide range of technology projects across multiple locations and clients 
• Responsibility for project planning, ensuring that all client deliveries are managed on time, to budget and to quality commitments.
• Reporting to the Head of Programmes, this is an opportunity to play a key client facing role in a rapidly expanding business, influencing internally and externally to all levels of stakeholders.
• Working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects (both pre-sales and in delivery), defining project scope and goals, coordinating project resources, managing project administration, governance, and risk assessments. 
• Working within the full project lifeycle, responsible for reporting regularly with both client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Contributing towards internal projects, pre-sales, and customer engagement.
