Role Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture client relationships by developing strong relationships with key perioperative decision makers.

Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of direct Operating Room experience, with Cardiovascular or Ortho experience preferred.
- Clinical Team Leader/Coordinator or OR Manager/Director level leadership.
- Experience presenting to and coordinating professional level meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
- Experience applying thorough understanding of the Operating Room environment and exhibiting knowledge of all specialties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and computer system technology.
- Experience building positive customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback.

Job Functions
- Train, support and educate customers and wider clinical audiences on clinical and cost-effective use of the Peri-Op & NPWT portfolio (incl. NPWT, AWC Dressings and Compression Therapy) to contribute actively to increasing company sales.
- Influence customers and their practice using clinical and evidence-based arguments.
- Gather knowledge actively of competitor products, claims and activities and share insights with regional sales, marketing and clinical teams to support business development and strategy.

What You'll Do

Reliable clear aligner treatment outcomes depend on the Clinical Specialist, who refines treatment solutions by reviewing cases, conducting clinical appointments with doctors and investigating root causes of rejected treatments. Based within the orthodontic services team and working with the in-house Orthodontic Specialist, the Clinical Specialist meets team deadlines and improves service quality and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate cases, provide clinical guidance and make decisions on possible treatment solutions in consultation with the in-house Orthodontic Specialist.
- Conduct clinical appointments with doctors.
- Help investigate causes of failure during the treatment process, evaluate rejected treatments to determine root cause, and implement corrective action related to clinical policy with other Orthodontic staff.
- Take part in the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the team for clear aligner and/or CAD-CAM services.

Qualifications & Experience
